Position Description:

2. Made maintenance plans, transformation and upgrading plans, spare parts procurement plans for equipment system and instrument and electrical parts;

3. Responsible for electrical and instrument technical management, such as commissioning, repair and maintenance of production electrical instrument equipment;

5. Bachelor degree or above in electrical, instrumentation, automation or related field, more than 3 years of equipment management experience in chemical industry is preferred.

1. Participate in equipment accident investigation, analysis and treatment, timely eliminate equipment defects and hidden dangers, to ensure the safe, stable, long, full and excellent operation of equipment;

2. Responsible for the preparation of equipment maintenance plan, overhaul, rush repair, monthly report plan and spare parts procurement plan;

3. Responsible for the preparation of equipment renovation plans, construction management, quality schedule control, technical appraisal and acceptance;

4. Responsible for the formulation of equipment operating procedures and safety regulations, as well as the training of relevant personnel;

5. Implement various systems and measures related to equipment, and manage equipment drawings, materials and basic equipment technical records;
